We believe in doing survey's before our customers go ahead with anything to make sure firstly, the product you like will fit, and to secondly, give you a fitting price so that you know the exact cost of the project before you go ahead with anything.
We send one of our engineers to your property to do a full inspection/measure to see what fires/fireplaces will fit and give you a fitting price before you go ahead with purchasing anything.
Once you pay the survey charge, one of our team will be in touch to get you booked in with the most appropriate engineer at a mutually beneficial time. Once the visit has been completed, the engineer will send all the details to our sales team who can make you aware of the work and costs involved.
If you decide to go ahead with a fire or fireplace, the survey charge will be knocked off the price.
